The current and potentially prolonged COVID-19 pandemic can lead to emotional problems among employees that companies need to be aware of and prepared to tackle. These negative emotions such as an increased sense of uncertainty, lower overall morale, loss of direction & stress and/or frustration are among the few that could impact the well-being of employees that will eventually affect company productivity & profitability.
To address this challenge, we wish to introduce Soul Reach™, Leadworkz's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with our unique Purpose Discovery approach. Soul Reach™ is a systematic and result driven counseling and coaching program developed by Angelin with the aim to guide people in finding their happiness and a purposeful working life. Soul Reach™ focuses at identifying & healing the BROKENNESS within us which is the root cause of most of the negative emotions that we are facing now.
This training will be conducted every Saturday for seven (7) weeks. Each session will be 4 hours. What is so unique about our training?
We provide hard copy workbook with QR code for audio learning and after class support Audio web page/effective step by step guide workbook/free access of support class.
